McDonald's in Eislingen

So the burgers are better here than with the mostly MC Donalds where I was otherwise. In addition, it was extremely fast so an above-average MC Donalds better than 80% of the MC Donalds

A classic MC Donalds with a drive-in counter

Absolute disaster on the drive. Since the indoor sales are currently closed, the Drve should at least work. The restaurant is hopelessly overwhelmed with the drive. Queues far from the store. Waiting times around 30 minutes until you are finally at the counter. When you have put all of this behind you, the food arrives cold. Since I have already experienced this scenario quite often, I will avoid this store in the future. Since the restaurant is no longer in the hands of Bolz, the quality and service has slipped significantly. What a shame.

MC stop when it has to be quick

Only every 3rd time a sauce is forgotten or mixed up with the 20 nuggets. Otherwise, they are really friendly, despite the huge crowd of young people who stand in line with shiny / loose cars and order a pack of vegan burgers with music at full volume. The advantage is the freshness of the culinary delights, lots of people = a lot of flow = a lot of warm, fresh food - jamjam Clear recommendation!

This time it was really great staff really nice and everything was in the bag

Staff and management overloaded, one kiosk is broken but not blocked, very full, we are approached about the registration, but a lot of things come in uncontrolled. The tables are often dirty and the poor man who has to clean and clear the whole restaurant on the side ..... cashier absolutely inflexible .... also the boss.

Very personable, helpful employee. My burger was really lovingly stacked. Picture (erbuch) moderate, greetings to the preparer, 10/20/20 around 5:30 p.m.

We are here a lot and it always tastes great. The employee with the red short hair is super nice. With her you are always served in a friendly way, which we already know quite differently

Food cold again. Order (take away) was not complete. Unfortunately I didn't check it on site ;-( (order was too big)

How can you give yourself something like that ... (including me). This is no food, no food, this is ... something processed that is declared as “food”. Krass what mankind gives. And also for the children ... prefer to buy fresh and organic, prepare them yourself and nourish their body and well-being.

I placed my order on the drive in and paid for it. When I got home we noticed that the paid Royal TS was missing. This is not the first time something like this has happened. Never again Mcdonalds Eislingen!

Just ordered from Mcdrive, due to internet problems no vouchers possible so far as good as that can happen ... When asked whether there are other ways to redeem vouchers, it was denied and the person who had ordered before me could pay with other vouchers, that is absolutely customer-unfriendly! So there was only 3 euros for 2 cheeseburgers instead of 30 euros for a larger order! Thanks to the competition there was no internet but offline the same vouchers as offered in the app!

If I could give the restaurant 0 stars out of 5, I would do that immediately. This crew is the worst I have seen. They don't care about their customers, they have no fun in their job. Sadly our order had only a few good things, they did remove the selected ingredients. About the rest, there isnt anything good I can say about the order. There is no point in giving an option if they still give you the wrong/no stuff. The list that they did wrong: * No spoon with my sundae... * Toilets were so dirty ... * Cold fries. * Missed the action products... * Don't give the amount of ketchup that you pay for... * Cold burgers. * No ice in the ""cold"" drinks like Fanta and Coca Cola. * Wrong straws. * Unfriendly personnel * Easy Order is broken => nobody did anything about it, for example: a sign that it was broken, resetting it or just turning it off. * Dirty tables. All by all, I wouldnt recommend this location to anyone that has seen/been to another McDonald's Restaurant which isnt this one.
